What a year2013 has been!

I started out with Click Track Profit and have continued with that site.

Click Track Profit is my "system" that teaches me step by step how to

properly market online.

I have learned how to use traffic exchanges, which traffic exchanges to use on  a daily basis, and that it is important to use them daily.

Tim Tech and the Legacy Team both launched and introduced their membership to paid to click sites. Nerdbux and Legacyclix respectively

are being used to make money and grow downlines for the members.

It has taken a lot to get me to learn to use these sites. I still am not 

comfortable with them, but am willing to learn and use them as a rank

beginner.

In addition to this, I have learned about Trck.me.

This site lets me track my links and banners and see what ads are working,

which sites are getting traffic to my ads, and there is still more for me to

learn about! 

Rocket Responder has been another site that is an evergreen tool every marketer needs.

This is the best priced and most easy to use auto-responder on the market.

It allows you to create list campaigns and get those subscribers! There is a 

lot I don't know about this site also, but I did manage to create my first list this year. 

An auto-responder can be used to create newsletters, email campaigns and broadcasts can be sent to all your lists for a one time message from what little I understand about them. I can also create a squeeze page with a form that captures the name and email of subscribers to my list.

My favorite evergreen tool is AdKreator.

This site has the software that allows you to create your own splash pages,

squeeze pages, and banners. Your ads are hosted on AdKreator so you do

not need to upload files or deal with all that technical mumbo-jumbo. I will

definitely be keeping my AdKreator membership for future use. I plan on getting a lifetime upgrade if that is available.

Another fun site to use and play with is Spreecast. It is a free video creation site where you can host a webinar if that is your thing. I am getting used to being on camera and got to be a part of the TimTech marathon for their Black Friday sales week. I still use You Tube for my Click Track Profit video, but will be experimenting with Spreecast more this coming year as video is the way to capture your audience attention.

TELive is the "show" the Tim Tech crew uses to keep their membership informed of updates, happenings, and to communicate live with each other.

They use Spreecast to host the show and it can be "archived" to be viewed later or deleted if that is the wish of the membership leaders.

So all in all, I have had a great year of fun, learning and friendship with the

Click Track Profit team. I have a lot more to learn and more to experience with all these low-cost, but necessary tools that are a part of marketing.

With Click Track Profit it is easier and the members of this community are there and willing to help you with questions and suggestions along the way.

If there is something I or another member cannot answer directly for you, there is a great support service for all of it that you can access Monday thru Friday by phone, on Skype or by submitting a ticket. I have gotten a quick response from the support team by using any and all of these methods.

Another reason I have chosen to stay with this system.

I now know, like and trust what they have given me. This is the bottom line of marketing as I understand it.

My First List

Today I Created My First List!

Today I created my first list for Click Track Profit using my Rocket Responder and AdKreator tools.

Being a member of the Click Track Profit system is teaching me how to do these necessary marketing tasks.

I am really excited as this is a milestone in my progress. I have tried to do this before and it was too complicated. Rocket Responder and AdKreator have made this fairly easy.

Teamwork & Relationship Building

Does teamwork make the dream work or do our dreams make the team work?

 I had to ask this question simply because of the many "nuggets" of information I have picked up this week.

  Relationship building is the prime key of successful marketing. What is the purpose of all this relationship building? To have people get to know you, like you and trust you! We are in marketing, yes, but we are people first and foremost. Are we here to push what we want onto someone else? Do we do that with our friends, family, and others? Does it produce the results we want? Do they need or want what we do?

  I can see very clearly when someone is just pushing me to buy something.

What makes me want to buy or not buy? There are a lot of factors involved, for sure. Do I need that "item"? Can I afford that price? What is the benefit if I buy and what are the potential drawbacks? Who is the person that is trying to sell me something?

  Building a relationship with someone becomes necessary when you put the shoe on the other foot. How would I like to be approached about a sale? An example: I get a phone call for some donation for a charitable organization.

The person gives me their name and the reason for the call. If that organization is of no interest or concern to me, how likely am I to donate?

  Okay, so what is missing? VALUES! That is the key ingredient that makes or breaks a sale. 

  You need to get to know  the person and find out what they value most. I cannot sell a shrub to someone who has no yard to put it in! I cannot sell an ivory pipe to someone who doesn't smoke. In fact, I cannot sell anything to anybody unless I get to know them, their tastes, their lifestyle, their family situation, their educational level, what books they read, what music they like, and so on. Thus, the need to develop a relationship; especially with marketing online venues. 

 I haven't heard of much else in the last three years except to get to know someone, be transparent yourself by branding everything you create or promote online with your true picture and your name and even a skype or email address for contact. A salesperson in a store isn't in costume when they assist you are they? Why should selling  or promoting something online be any different? Would you buy something from someone with a cute picture of Mickey Mouse for an avatar? 

Who are you and who are you reaching out to? Isn't this the whole point of social media marketing? Isn't that why chats were developed in the traffic exchanges? Are we just chatting while surfing? No, we had better be trying to get to know someone better. They may be our next customer if we happen to have what they need, or we may get to know them so well we create what they want!

The people I have chatted with have given me a lot of good advice. That is probably all I need at this stage of my development as a promoter of online services. There are many who have been supporting me as they watch me struggle, get stuck and flounder, and spur me on to other actions.

Nerd Surfing and More!

Wow! A lot has happened in the space between! Sorry for the lapse in posts, have had many setbacks in the months behind me.
My computer was out of commission. Had it repaired finally.
I have returned to reality in the form of recovery and am learning to live again.

I guess I was content to lay off my online endeavors for this period. Seems it
was needed. When I came back some things had changed at Click Track Profit.
There were new additions in the form of paid to click sites. There was also
talk of an autoresponder in the works! All these are wonderful, but my very
favorite discovery through Click Track Profit has simply been:




 

This site has been my favorite to surf at. It has fun games,
lots of great deals for members to make the most of their
marketing with, knowledegable members to chat with while
surfing, and now there is more opportunity to keep those
hard-earned credits in play and your sites in rotation!

A Setback Is An Opportunity For A Comeback!

Hello Blogger!

Wow, it has been a long time since I could be here. Darn computer problems and lack of money!

Checked into Click Track Profit site on Wednesday, August 6, 2013. 
There have been some additions to the site in the form of Click To Pay sites.
Got registered at those and clicked on the ads. Looked over the functions and
features. Almost got disappointed again...more money to make money! Either
that or they want you to download apps and toolbars or games to your computer.
Seems that is how my computer got messed up the other times. Just not willing to
go through that senseless activity or consequences again.

So yesterday, August 7th, managed to watch TELive and then went on to surf and
check some of my favorite sites; Legacy Hits, Surf Skeleton, Social Ad Surf, Thumbvu,
and Sweeva. Was still not aware that I need to follow a sequence if I am to make any
headway with all of this. Practice, practice, practice! Also used Quality Safelist to do
a mailing to promote CTP.

Today, I went through Steps 1, 2, and 3 in the training section, just to make sure I was
set up properly. This involved putting a tracker link into StartXchange, I Love Hits, and
EasyHits4U sites. Also putting the correct referral ID into the screen for these instructions
at Click Track Profit. Managed to get the badge for surfing 500 sites on SX., a few of the
game card badges, two keys and surfed at Thumbvu and Sweeva. Did not get the other
keys at the other sites to open the Vault. Will have to try for those after dinner, and surf
a few other sites.  Made a bid for one of my sites on Sweeva.

So until after dinner, that is all I can do.
